Re Tendering:
Offers are agreed or rejected by discredtion of the auction
manager. All parties will be notified of the result of their
bid.
This form is legally binding as in our regular auctions that
if the vendor accepts this offer, the vehicle becomes your property
and a 10% deposit is legally required within 24 hours and the
balance in 5 days thereafter. Deposit immediatley refundable
if offer is not accepted by vendor.
With our agency agreement, the vendor wishes anonymity and as
such all queries and contact must be made through our representation.
Mechanical reports can be arranged by the purchaser at purchaser's
expense and must be done on our premises.
Every care has been taken to ensure that any statement as to
authenticity, age, conditon, origin and quality is reliable
and accurate, but all statements are statement of opioion and
are not to be taken as statements of fact.
